My special friends Sweet Ariel and Mao Mao are getting married on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. on their Wedding Blog with a reception to follow at 2:00 p.m. Er ... I was a bit late posting my best wishes on their blog, so I want to do so here. I'm certain your marriage will be a long and happy one, you lovebirdscats!
Voting is still open until 8/31 for the Doing the Q contest (I did finally get my votes in today)! Last year Silky won a MomBean's Personal Choice award for her entry, posted below. Neither of us would cooperate this year, but there are lots of fantastic and funny entries there to choose from!
Lastly, that witty and creative lady known as the Freaky Frugalite has presented me with a very cool award, but I'll save that for tomorrow! :)
P.S. Mr. Milky at Artsy Catsy could use some heavy-duty purrs. It looks like he may have suffered a stroke.

Silky's doin' the Q entry from last year is adorable! That is so sad to hear about Mr. Milky. He had been given such a wonderful gift of being cared for by some amazingly kind beans, so this setback is very sad. I hope he's able to recover.
